Ordering was easy overall, like I didn’t really have any trouble figuring it out. It did feel a little slow at times though, but maybe that’s just me? Still, the process was simple enough.

Grabbed takeout from Shane’s Rib Shack. It was ready really fast. The ribs were hot and tasty. The sides were packed well too. No spills. No mess. I’d order again.

The mac and fries were good. I don’t know, they just hit the spot and made the meal feel way more satisfying.

I stopped in for lunch the other day, kind of on a whim after running a couple errands, and the first thing I noticed was how clean everything was. The tables were wiped down, the floors didn’t have crumbs everywhere, and even the bathroom was actually tidy, which I always pay attention to. I had a drink with lots of ice and just sat by the window for a bit, and the whole dining area felt really well kept. The food was good and came out like it should, but the cleanliness is what stuck with me most.

Ordered from Shane’s Rib Shack and my first thought when I opened the box was, yep, they did not hold back. The portions were way bigger than I expected for the price, and I had plenty left over for later. Definitely didn’t feel skimpy at all, I was happy with it right away.

I ordered pickup from shanesribshack.com, and everything was ready and correct when I got there. The sides were all there, the sauces were in the bag, and the ribs were about the size we picked.
I’ve had places mess up simple orders before, so it was nice to have this go smoothly. Super easy overall, and I was in and out in around a few minutes with no hassle

The sauce was decent, but a little too sweet for my taste. After I paid, I started feeling a bit unsure if it was really worth it. It wasn’t bad, but it didn’t really impress me either.

The ribs were so tender they pretty much fell apart on their own. a knife felt unnecessary...

We stopped in with the kids after a long day, and it ended up being just what we needed. The staff was friendly, the food came out faster than I expected, and it felt like a place where no one minded that the kids were being a little noisy. Portions were solid too. If you’re looking for a low-stress spot to eat with the family, I’d say it’s worth checking out.

The staff seemed friendly enough, at least from what I saw, but everything felt kind of slow today. Not sure if they were short-handed or just having one of those days.

We ordered catering for our office lunch and it was GREAT. The food showed up hot, fresh, and right on time, everyone kept going back for seconds. Definitely a solid choice for a work event!

I was hoping the food would be better, but it just didn’t do much for me. The ribs were kind of dry, and the sides tasted like they’d been sitting around for a while. I mean, who wants old-tasting sides with BBQ? It wasn’t the worst meal ever, but would I order it again? Probably not.

I've been to a few different locations now, and the ribs and sides taste the same every time. That's a good thing. No complaints from me.

I just ordered from Shane’s Rib Shack recently, the wait was way better than I expected. Since it was around dinner time, I figured it would take forever, but my food was ready even sooner than the estimate.

Pickup was super easy too, which really stood out to me because I was already hungry. Based on this last experience, I’d definitely order from them again.

I wasn’t expecting them to have that much to choose from, but they definitely do. Ribs, chicken, sandwiches, sides, kids’ stuff, basically something for absolutely everyone. It made ordering for our group super easy, and I’m 100% convinced nobody could walk in there and not find something they’d like.

Maybe it’s just me, but the food tasted only kinda fresh. The ribs were okay, nothing bad, but the sides seemed like they’d been sitting around a bit.

It was a bit too loud and crowded inside for my taste. Compared to other spots I usually go to, this one felt more cramped and not as relaxing, so it wasn’t really the vibe I was hoping for...
